To apply for AB Personal Loan the customer needs to provide the bank with the following documents:

  • Salary certificate
  • Last three months' pay slips
  • Last six months statement (for non-account holders)
  • Copy of Passport with valid RP for expatriate (Original must be presented)
  • Copy of ID card for locals (Original must be presented)

  • Valid national ID (for Residents) or valid passport with valid Resident visa (for Non-Residents)
  • Latest Salary/Income/Employment verification document
  • Property purchase and sales agreement / contract
  • Ownership certificate of the financed property
  • Proof of Down payment
